Welcome!

Hi, my name is Laurel Stoughton and I have been a licensed Cosmetologist for 25 years, and a now I am a Certified Trichologist. Trichology is the study of hair loss and scalp disorders. I found trichology in the search for my own scalp and hair health after years of a frustrating and ongoing hormone-based scalp imbalance.

My integrative holistic and clinical approach helps us address your baseline and find answers to your concerns through interpreting your current blood panels for optimized hair growth, topical products, your lifestyle and stress factors, family and medical history.

Since returning to work behind the chair, I have noticed an increased amount of scalp disorders and hair thinning in my clients. At the beginning, I didn’t have the right tools to address client concerns: What were the right questions to ask? Where could I find credible sources for answers? Inspired by a friend and former colleague’s success in helping her clients through clinical trichology practices, I enrolled and completed a nationally recognized Trichology certification program through Mahogany Revolution, an advanced Trichological Bloodwork certification through World Trichology Society, and am currently in my next chapter: Precision Nutrition’s PN1- Certified Nutritionist Level 1, and PN’s Sleep, Recovery, and Stress Management certifications. The learning never ends!

In addition to scalp and hair wellness treatments, I offer traditional salon services with an integrated trichological approach. Every service includes a scalp-balancing tonic, and shampoo bowl massage; every haircolor is performed with your hair’s strength and condition in mind—ending with a pH-balancing toner or clear gloss to support integrity. I also offer brow tinting & shaping, and lip & chin waxing, with a honey-based pre-cleanser and post-depilatory gel.

I’m looking forward to helping you on your scalp and hair health journey!

Laurel
